Walk or run the annual Bok Kai 5k. Everyone is welcome including teams! Pre-registration is heavily encouraged. On-site registration begins at 7:15 am and the race starts at 8 am. All proceeds will benefit Marysville Chinese Community Nonprofit.

Enjoy a special lion dance performance by White Crane Kung Fu School from San Francisco filled with lights, drums, and tricks.

End the night with a fireworks show by Devastating Pyrotechnics. Make sure to bring your chairs and blankets to enjoy the show.

Enjoy the sights and sounds of lion dancing, firecrackers, and of course the dragon as members of the Yuba-Sutter area off their festive costumes and floats.

We end Bok Kai Weekend with the celebration of the water god Bok Eye, as a procession of firecrackers and gong kick off the firing of bombs.

Free screenings of the Pixar Movie "Turning Red." Saturday screenings will be 2:30pm and 8:30pm. Sunday's screening will be at 1:30 pm with a special Q&A with the movie's Production Designer Rona Liu. Prior registration is required for this event. Fun fact the Bok Kai Temple was used as the inspiration for the Temple used in the film
